Terms and Conditions

Enquiries submitted through wwpoolspa.com.au are requests for a quote, not a confirmed booking. Pricing depends on your pool's size, condition, equipment, access, water quality and the service required. We will review your information and contact you to discuss a suitable service and price.

We do not publish fixed prices. Chemicals, replacement parts and new equipment are charged separately when required. Any quote provided is based on the information and photos you supply and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ on site.

Where possible we diagnose and complete the required repair. In some cases we inspect the system, identify the likely issue and provide professional recommendations for specialist work, parts or equipment replacement. Not every fault can be repaired immediately. Replacement parts, new equipment and installation are quoted separately.

WW Pool & Spa Services is a mobile service-area business. Services are provided at customers' properties across Greater Melbourne. Coverage may change over time.

We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and are closed on weekends. We do not offer emergency or after-hours service. Enquiries received outside business hours will be responded to during normal operating hours.
