Question 1

How much does pool cleaning or maintenance cost?

Accepted Answer

Every pool is different, so pricing depends on the pool's size, condition, equipment, access, water quality and the service required. Request a quote by providing your suburb, pool details, current pool condition and clear photos. We'll review the information and contact you to discuss the most suitable service and price. Chemicals, replacement parts and new equipment are charged separately when required.

Question 2

Do you service commercial or public pools?

Accepted Answer

No. WW Pool & Spa Services focuses on residential swimming pools and managed residential properties, including homes, rentals and short-stay properties.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the service?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Many customers provide access instructions so we can complete the work while they're away. You can add access details in the quote form.

Question 4

Can you repair every equipment fault on the spot?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Where possible we diagnose and complete the repair. In some cases we inspect the system, identify the likely issue and provide professional recommendations for specialist work, parts or replacement. Replacement parts, new equipment and installation are quoted separately.

Question 5

Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer after-hours service. You're welcome to submit an enquiry any time and we'll respond during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Question 6

Which areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We service residential pools and spas across Greater Melbourne, including the Eastern, Western and Northern suburbs. As a mobile service, we come to your property — get in touch with your suburb and we'll confirm we can help.
